Golden Monkeys are easily recognized due to the yellow patches that can be seen all over their bodies. The Golden monkeys are also known as 'the Old World Monkey' and the patches that can be seen all over their bodies. Golden monkeys are known to have unique characters and are a rare species that are endangered at the moment they are currently found in the Virunga Mountains in Rwanda and Uganda. A visit here allows you to get closer to them. This trip would depart from Kigali at 4:30 AM for a drive of 2 and half hours and check in to the park offices. Afterward, you'll be briefed and proceed to the starting point of your trek. After the trek, you will proceed with a visit to the Gorilla Guardians Village for a cultural experience. You'll have lunch in Musanze and proceed back to Kigali, dropping off there on the tour.
