After registering at the park office, you'll drive another 22km to the park's main area, where exploration begins. You'll also see troops of Gelada monkeys, known for their sociable nature & striking looks, which delight many visitors. Continuing to Sankaber, you'll reach Sankeber Camp at 3,250 meters altitude. The journey is as captivating as the destination, best awe-inspiring landscapes. From Sankeber Camp, trek down to Jinbar Waterfall, a 2-hour hike. The magnificent falls & a picnic in this serene spot provide a perfect rejuvenation before heading back. You'll return to Gondar with cherished memories of Ethiopia's natural beauty.
