We set off at 7:30am from Kigali for the south west of Rwanda for a 5 to 6hrs drive covering about 220kms. We drive via Muhanga, Nyanza, Huye through Namagabe and finally to Nyungwe forest National Park. Our first stop lets us have a cultural visit at the Nyanza Kings Palace in the Nyanza provice showcasing the Rwanda kings palace and all activities but the kings, queens and servants. We have an early lunch in Nyanza town before continuing to Nyungwe forest for the canopy walk and chimpanzees

We set off from Kigali and head south west of Kigali. Our first stop is the Nyanza kings palace for a cultural visit, lunch in Nyanza town and continue to Nyungwe forest. We have an evening nature walk and canopy walk. Continue to your lodge for dinner and accommodation.
Day 2 Nyungwe Forest → Canopy Walk → Kigali
⏱Morning 🏨No accommodation 🍽Breakfast & lunch (Dinner not included)
We have the morning chimpanzee tracking coupled with a nature walk in Nyungwe forest National Park. The tracking shall take approximately between 2-5hrs walking through the forest and searching for these primates. Find the chimpanzees deep in the forest, spend atleast 1hr with these primates before returning to your vehicle. Refresh at the lodge and drive back to Kigali for a drop off at the airport.
