06:30 AM – Pick-up & Departure Your Kitano Tours & Safaris guide will pick you up from your hotel in Mikumi or Morogoro. After a safari briefing, begin your adventure in Mikumi National Park. 07:30 AM – Morning Game Drive Enjoy a game drive across the famous Mkata Floodplain, where wildlife gathers around water sources. Animals commonly seen include: African elephants Lions Giraffes Zebras Buffaloes Wildebeests Hippos Crocodiles Warthogs Impalas Elands Baboons The park is also home to over 400 bird species, making it an excellent destination for bird lovers. 12:30 PM – Picnic Lunch Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated picnic site within the park. 01:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive Continue exploring the park before departing for Iringa. 05:30 PM – Arrival in Iringa Check in to your lodge or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 06:00 AM – Breakfast After an early breakfast, depart for Ruaha National Park, Tanzania's largest national park. 08:00 AM – Morning Game Drive Explore the diverse landscapes of Ruaha, famous for its baobab trees, rocky hills, and the Great Ruaha River.
