Your adventure begins with an early 4:30 AM pickup from your hotel in Kigali, followed by a scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park for the unforgettable Mount Bisoke hike. After a briefing at the park headquarters, begin your trek through lush rainforest, bamboo forests, and volcanic landscapes. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking scenery and opportunities to spot unique birdlife. Reaching the summit rewards you with spectacular views of the beautiful crater lake. After the hike, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 Volcanoes National Park → Golden Monkey Trekking → Kigali

After an early breakfast, head to Volcanoes National Park for an exciting golden monkey trekking experience. Enjoy walking through the bamboo forest as you search for these playful and rare primates found only in the Virunga Mountains. After the trek, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to learn more about gorilla conservation, research, and Rwanda's incredible wildlife heritage. Later, enjoy lunch before driving back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
