2-Day Saadan Safari from Dar Es Salaam-Bush & Beach

Your adventure begins early in the morning as your driver picks you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam. You’ll embark on a scenic drive in a 4x4 safari jeep towards Saadani National Park. A journey of approximately 4 hours. Along the way, you'll enjoy the changing landscapes, passing through rural villages and lush coastal vegetation. Upon arrival at Saadani NP, you will check in at your lodge and you’ll set out for an late morning game drives, exploring the park’s unique combination of savannah, wetlands, and beachfront. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, waterbucks, and warthogs wandering. Luckily, you might spot lions, leopards, hyenas in the wild. Mid-day you will have lunch at saadan Bandas, After a little rest continue with the game drives till 4:00PM. Later in the evening, You'll head to Saadan Beach for boat safari, where the Indian Ocean meets the wilderness, you can relax by the shore, take a walk on the white sand beach while enjoying sunset.

You'll wake up early for a morning game drive, taking advantage of the best time to spot wildlife as they are most active before the sun gets too hot. Next, you'll continue exploring a highlight of Saadani National Park. As you cruise along the river, you'll spot hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife, including fish eagles and kingfishers. This peaceful yet thrilling experience offers a unique perspective of the park’s ecosystem. After the boat safari, you'll start your journey back to Dar es Salaam, with a lunch stop on the way. You'll arrive in the late afternoon, marking the end of your incredible Saadani safari adventure.
