3-Day Etosha Unguided Shuttle Safari: A Relaxed Wildlife Adventure

You will be collected from the Windhoek Truckport by the shuttle service. The transfer will depart at 7:00 am and we will head north towards Okahandja. We stop briefly at the small town of Otjiwarongo, which is a thriving little town built on many aspects, mining and agriculture being the most important. We then drive to Outjo, which is the home of many tourist attractions and has a strong agricultural community. Then, we enter Etosha National Park and arrive at our overnight accommodation at Etosha Safari Camp. The half-day excursion to Etosha National Park will start at the reception around 2:00 pm. The tour lasts 5 to 6 hours. After the game drive, dinner will be ready. Please note: Etosha park fees will be charged locally. Driving time: Approximately 5 hours.

Explore the Etosha National Park and its amazing wildlife on a guided full-day excursion in a 24-seater game vehicle. Refreshments, snacks, national park entrance fees, and passenger liability insurance are included. After returning from the game drive, dinner will be ready.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and a few hours at leisure. The transfer will depart Etosha Safari Camp at 1:00 pm. The 421-kilometre journey from Etosha to Windhoek begins as a peaceful countryside drive and then gradually transforms into bustling towns as one moves more inland to the capital. This journey is filled with an abundance of different sceneries as the landscape changes from the large open white, seemingly ashy, earth crust with just a few basil green arid thorn-shrubs and tamboti trees sprinkled through the horizon to large mountain ranges and peaks known as the Khomas Highlands. On route to Okahandja, one passes the Okanjati Wildschutzgebiet (Okanjati Game Reserve) on the right-hand side. The game reserve is about 360 square kilometres and is privately owned for the protection of hippos. A fossilized dinosaur footprint can be seen in the park. Arrival at Windhoek Truck Port is around 6:00 pm. Driving time: Approximately 5 hours.
