The adventure begins with a scenic drive from Gondar to Debark, the gateway to the Simien Mountains National Park. Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and trek crew before starting the hike towards Sankaber, the first campsite. Today's trek takes you to one of the most renowned viewpoints in the Simien Mountains, Imet Gogo, where you can capture extraordinary views of the surrounding mountains and deep ravines. Continuing on, the trail leads down towards the Chenek campsite, an area known for its wildlife sightings, including the Gelada monkeys and the rare Walia ibex. After a day filled with spectacular vistas, you'll rest at the campsite, enjoying the tranquility of the highlands.
Day 4 Trek from Chenek to Debark and Drive back to Gondar
