Day by Day

Day 1 Boat Safari on Rufiji River

We will meet you at 07:30 am and drive to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve). It is a drive of about 220km which takes approximately 4-5 hours. Arrive in time for lunch at Lodge/Camp. You have time for rest and to wander in the forest around the Lodge spotting monkeys. At 16:00pm, you will go on a boat safari with a skipper-guide on the mighty Rufiji River. Watch the hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and other animals coming to the water to drink. After sunset, we return to the Mloka Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Explore Nyerere National Park

After breakfast with lunch packed then setoff for a full-day game drive. Explore the vast landscapes spotting wildlife such elephants, buffaloes, waterbuck, kudus, impalas, giraffes, zebras, lions. Afternoon picnic lunch in the park with scenic views. Continue the game drive in search of more wildlife and bird species. Return Mloka Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 Walking Safari with Bushmen transfer to Mikumi National Park

Early morning walking safari with bushmen offering a closer look at nature and birdlife. Return Lodge for breakfast then depart for with packed lunch to Mikumi National Park pass through Morogoro, Lunch will be on the way. Arrive in the evening check into Camp Bastian relax and enjoy dinner.
Day 4 Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

Today enjoy full day game drive in Mikumi, a park famous for sighting and diverse wildlife. Explore open savannas with large herds of elephants, giraffes zebras and lions. Afternoon enjoy picnic lunch inside the park and continue wildlife viewing. Visit the Mkata floodplain often called "Little Serengeti" for incredible wildlife photography. At 16:00pm will drive to Mikumi Camp Bastian for relaxion and swimming and evening dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 Maasai Village Tour Mikumi - Dar es Salaam

Morning at 06:00 am, will go on the Maasai village tour where you can experience their lifestyle, traditional dances, typical handicrafts, and the short history of the Maasai briefed by an elder (old man). Return Lodge for breakfast, then drive back to Dar es Salaam and drop you off at the hotel or airport, marking the end of the tour.
