Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), our professional guide will pick you up at the airport and brief you on the whole day by day activities for the safari as you get ready for scenic game drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. You'll drive through the picturesque Great Rift Valley with breathtaking stops at scenic viewpoints. Arrive at Masai Mara in time for a check into Mara River Camp and enjoy a delicious lunch at the tented camp before departing for afternoon game drive. Encounter Africa’s legendary Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino and enjoy a magical sunset with champagne at an exclusive viewpoint. Your overnight stay and dinner will be at the camp.

You’ll be up early to enjoy the awakening day and the birdsong on the great reserve. This is a day of unlimited game drives so get ready to check off the animals on your “to see” list. The Masai Mara features the greatest density of wildlife in this region of Africa and you’re right in the middle of the action. Should you be here during the great migration (July – October) you’ll be witness to the sight of thousands of gazelles, zebras, and wildebeest streaming over the Mara River in search of sustenance. You’ll visit the river and enjoy a picnic lunch, checking out the hippos, crocodiles and other wildlife action played out before you. If you wish, you can take an optional visit to the local Maasai people in their village at an extra cost. You’ll learn about their customs and herding lifestyle, and perhaps pick up some of their beaded handiwork.

Start this day with an early morning game drive, the best time to spot predators in action. Return to the camp for a leisurely breakfast and relaxation before venturing out for an afternoon game drive. Capture stunning photos of the Mara’s abundant wildlife, including cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes. For an extra touch of adventure, opt for a hot-air balloon safari(Optional, at an extra cost)at sunrise, floating above the reserve as wildlife stirs beneath you. Alternatively, visit a traditional Maasai village to experience their vibrant culture and traditions. As the sun sets, return back to your tented camp for a very peaceful overnight stay and dinner.

Bid farewell to Masai Mara as you head to Lake Naivasha. You'll be driven as you enjoy a picturesque journey through the Rift Valley. Arrive Lake Naivasha in time for check in and enjoy picnic lunch before you embark on an afternoon game drive. You'll visit the lake and opt for walking safari(Optional, at an extra cost)among giraffes, zebras and antelopes on this unique island sanctuary. For an extra touch of adventure, opt and enjoy a Boat Safari on Lake Naivasha(Optional, at an extra cost) and glide through the lake, spotting hippos and diverse birdlife. As the sun sets, return to Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge and enjoy your peaceful overnight stay, and dinner.

It's your last safari morning but you’ve got plans to pack in as much as possible. You’ll start with a pre-breakfast game drive and see who else you can check off our list. Breakfast follows, surrounded by all the beauty of nature, and then another mid-morning drive through the park. There will be time to visit any spots you may have missed. Then you’re off to Nairobi with a stop for lunch on the way. You should arrive at about 4:30 pm.
