Morning: Arrival & Introduction to Arba Minch Arrival at Arba Minch Airport (via Ethiopian Airlines from Addis Ababa, or by road from nearby towns) You'll refresh with welcome drinks and enjoy stunning views of Lake Abaya and Lake Chamo from your lodge, situated on the edge of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. You'll visit the Forty Springs. You'll head to the area known as "Arba Minch" (meaning Forty Springs in Amharic) You'll walk through lush forested trails in the Nech Sar National Park buffer zone, guided by a local ranger. You'll learn about the springs' significance in local culture and ecology, and how they support the local communities Afternoon: Lake Chamo Boat Safari Crocodile Market After lunch at your lodge, you'll head to Lake Chamo for an unforgettable wildlife boat tour You'll board a motorboat with a trained guide for a 1.5 - 2-hour safari on the lake You'll visit the Crocodile Market, where massive Nile crocodiles (some over 6 meters long) sunbathe on the banks.

Early Morning: Drive to Dorze Village (approx. 45 min - 1 hour) After an early breakfast, you'll begin your scenic drive to the Guge Mountains, north of Arba Minch You'll arrive at Dorze, home to one of Ethiopia's most fascinating ethnic communities Morning to Midday: Dorze Cultural Experience You'll tour a traditional Dorze household and admire their famous beehive-shaped huts made from bamboo and false banana leaves - some up to 12 meters high! Watch demonstrations of traditional weaving, for which the Dorze people are renowned. You may buy high-quality cotton scarves and fabrics as souvenirs You'll enjoy the crisp mountain air and expansive views over the southern Rift Valley. In the afternoon, you'll end your tour.
